Bubblelime Affiliate Program Terms

Effective October 2, 2026

Notice to existing partners: these terms replace the prior program terms and take effect on October 2, 2026. Commission already earned on qualifying orders before that date is unaffected. Orders placed through the prohibited methods listed in Section 3 have never been eligible for commission under our program terms, and that has not changed.

These terms govern participation in the Bubblelime affiliate program. By joining, you agree to them. We may update these terms; material changes take effect 14 days after we post them.

1. Commission

• Standard rate: 10% of the product subtotal on qualifying orders. Individual partners may be assigned a different rate in writing; the rate shown in your affiliate dashboard governs.
• Commission is calculated on the product subtotal only. Shipping, taxes, duties, and gift-card purchases are excluded.
• Cookie window: 20 days from the referred click.

2. Qualifying orders

An order qualifies when it is placed by a customer you referred through your approved affiliate link, is paid in full, and is not returned, cancelled, or charged back. Orders are held for 30 days after delivery before becoming payable, to cover the return window.

3. Prohibited promotion methods

The following do not earn commission, and repeated use is grounds for removal from the program:

• Paid search on our brand terms. You may not bid on "Bubblelime", its misspellings, or variations in any paid search, shopping, or display campaign — including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads — and you may not use them in ad copy or display URLs. Add them as negative keywords in your campaigns.
• Coupon, deal, and cashback placements. Listing our codes on coupon sites, deal aggregators, cashback portals, or browser extensions that inject codes at checkout.
• Codes you were not issued. Distributing discount codes other than the ones assigned to you, or publishing codes intended for other channels.
• Self-referral. Commission on your own purchases or those of your household.
• Misrepresentation. Claiming to be Bubblelime, implying an employment relationship, or making product claims we have not published.
• Unsolicited email, automated traffic, adult or hateful content, and trademark or copyright infringement.

Orders arriving through a prohibited method are rejected and carry no commission, whether detected before or after the order is recorded.

4. Attribution

Credit goes to the last affiliate link clicked within the cookie window. Where an order carries paid-click identifiers (for example gclid or msclkid), our platform rejects the affiliate attribution automatically. A discount code alone is not proof of referral.

5. Payment

• We pay monthly, within 30 days after the end of the month in which commission became payable under Section 2.
• Minimum payout: US$50. Balances below that roll over to the following month.
• Payments are made in US dollars by PayPal or bank transfer to the details on your account. You are responsible for keeping those details accurate; we are not liable for payments sent to details you supplied.
• Taxes. You are an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes. US persons must provide a valid Form W-9 before the first payment; non-US persons must provide a valid Form W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E. We withhold where required by law.
• Dormant balances. If your account has no qualifying activity for 12 consecutive months and the balance is under the minimum payout, the balance is forfeited after we give you 30 days' written notice to the email on file.

6. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time with written notice. On termination, commission already earned on qualifying orders is paid on the normal schedule, except where the account is terminated for a prohibited method under Section 3, in which case affected commission is forfeited.

7. General

This program is operated by Bubblelime. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. Our total liability to you is limited to commission actually payable under these terms.
