Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return your items within 28 days of the day you receive your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear (including thongs) cannot be returned. Please try on swimwear over your own underwear and keep any hygiene seal intact.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

How to Return

1. Start your return online at our Returns Center, or email us at bubblelime@outlook.kr with your order number. We usually reply within one business day.
2. We will confirm your return and provide the return address and instructions.
3. Re-pack the item(s) securely, ideally in the original packaging, with all tags attached.
4. Ship the package through your local postal service and keep your proof of postage until the refund is complete.

Return shipping is at your own cost, unless you received an incorrect or faulty item.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at bubblelime@outlook.kr within 28 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our customer care team will be happy to make it right.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges right now. You can return your item for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

Refunds and Processing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we check the item(s) and process your refund within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Refunds are issued to your original payment method; depending on your card issuer, it can take an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear on your statement. If you paid with a gift voucher or store credit, it will be credited back to your bubblelime account.

We'll keep you updated: we send an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when your refund has been processed.
